Clean and maintain guest accommodations at luxury property. Make beds and change linens. Clean bathrooms. Dust furniture, window ledges and shelves. Vacuum carpeted areas. Stock guest rooms with amenities. Remove refuse. Report damage to guest rooms and report lost items. Maintain carts and linen rooms. Comply with Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards of operation. May also help with turn down service. Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, bathrooms and recreation areas. Comply with all OSHA standards. ***HOURLY WORKSCHEDULE - CONTINUED FROM ITEM F.a.6...Schedule, hours and shifts vary. *** ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS ABOUT THE WAGE RATE TO BE PAID - CONTINUED FROM ITEM F.B.9A..Limited subsidized housing is available on a first come, first serve basis at a cost of $800-$1500/month. Employee has option of paying housing by credit/debit card. Employee must pay a housing deposit of $325. $200 is refundable upon move out. Benefits include discounted ski pass and eligibility for paid sick leave (1 hour paid leave per 30 hours worked). Eligible for end of season bonus up to $1,000 for employees in good standing.
