Key Responsibilities Spa Duties Ensure team delivers a 5-star customer experience and meets service standards Promote spa services, specials, and events to attract and retain clients Track and improve performance metrics, including sales, client retention, and online reviews Plan and execute monthly promotional events to drive revenue Maintain operational excellence in cleanliness, safety, and compliance Nurse Injector Duties Perform Botox® and filler injections, microneedling, and other advanced skincare services Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and create personalized treatment plans Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold patient safety protocols Provide post-treatment education and product recommendations Collaborate with team members to cross-promote treatments and ensure a seamless experience Who You Are A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) 1–2 years of experience in aesthetics preferred (Botox®, filler, microneedling, lasers, etc.) Preferred Experienced in team leadership, spa or retail management, or sales performance coaching Passionate about skin health, beauty, and delivering transformative results Goal-driven and motivated to grow your income and client base Confident, coachable, and comfortable with upselling and client retention Available to work full-time with weekend Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $65,000 to $90,000 per year (DOE) Commission + Bonus Pay based on performance and sales metrics Employee Discounts on services and retail products Health Insurance options Career growth opportunities and ongoing aesthetics training Why Join Celsius Med Spa?
