Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN or NP) | $45–$70/hr + Commission + Tips Adara Surgical Institute is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled injector who is confident delivering high-quality care and is interested in helping expand aesthetic services within an established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. We are seeking a provider who can deliver exceptional patient care, build lasting patient relationships, actively help grow our aesthetics program, and contribute to the practice's marketing and outreach efforts. Please note: This position requires prior experience performing aesthetic injections. This is not a training or mentorship position. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and aesthetic assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and anatomy Perform Botox®, dermal filler, and other injectable aesthetic treatments Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and maintenance recommendations Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Foster patient retention through exceptional clinical care and customer service Actively participate in marketing and growing the practice's aesthetics program, including contributing to social media content, before/after photography (with patient consent), promotional events, referral generation, and community outreach to build visibility and patient volume Collaborate with practice leadership on pricing, service menu development, and promotional strategy for the aesthetics line of business Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and professionalism Schedule Part-time position Initially one clinic day per week Opportunity to expand to additional days as patient demand grows Flexible scheduling based on provider availability and practice needs Compensation $45–$70 per hour (base), depending on experience and qualifications Commission opportunities Tips Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Dedicated staff support for scheduling, patient communication, check-in, check-out, and patient flow Professional clinical environment within a respected healthcare practice Qualifications Required Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license Minimum two years of aesthetic injection experience Experience performing Botox®, dermal filler, and injectable aesthetic treatments Strong consultation, assessment, and treatment planning skills Willingness to participate in marketing and business development activities to help grow the aesthetics program (e.g., social media presence, promotional campaigns, patient referral generation) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service Preferred Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license.
