Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to: operating various equipment (tractors, combines, farm trucks, etc.) for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing, and harvesting of crops. Maintain/repair machinery and equipment. Crops include: corn, and soybeans. Grain handling; rock picking. Haul farm commodities. Ground maintenance on farm and/or housing, i.e. weed eating, mowing. Other miscellaneous duties assigned & other related Agricultural Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org).

Possible weekend/holiday work.

The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
