Will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders throughout the dining room and bar and accurately entering in Point-of-Sale system (once all training and tests are successfully completed), greeting and seating guests, serving bread tableside, running food and drinks, filling water pitchers, making coffee/tea and serving wine, mixing and serving both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages per company recipes during service, drink and garnish recipe creation and development, setting up and closing entire restaurant, keeping all work areas clean and sanitized before, during and after service, deep cleaning, restocking, and maintaining bar and coffee station, including floors, moving and setting tables, clearing, marking, and resetting bar and tables, and polishing silverware, glasses, plates and brass trays, washing glassware and bar equipment, receiving and restocking dry goods, wine, beer, and liquor, maintaining and organizing storage rooms, and par levels, updating guest food and beverage preferences in digital guest platform, balance cash receipts, slice, juice, and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. They will also be responsible for following Sails Restaurants’ steps of service.
