Position Summary Biometric Health Screeners represent Well365 at onsite health screening events. This position is responsible for collecting biometric screening measurements, educating participants on their results, and providing an exceptional experience that reflects the Well365 mission and values. This is a (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling. Screenings are conducted at employer worksites and may include local and occasional regional travel. Responsibilities Perform onsite biometric health screenings, including: Finger-stick blood collection Manual blood pressure measurements Height, weight, and BMI measurements Waist circumference measurements Tobacco/nicotine testing, as needed Accurately enter screening results into Well365's secure online platform Educate participants on biometric screening results and general health risk factors Answer questions in a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental manner Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive participant experience Maintain all HIPAA, OSHA, and company privacy and safety standards Assist with screening event setup, breakdown, and equipment management Represent Well365 professionally at all times Qualifications Preferred candidates may include: Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Public Health, Nursing, Nutrition, or other health-related degree students or graduates Why Join Well365?
