Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Encourage resident independence while preserving dignity and respect.

Assist with meals, hydration, and life enrichment activities.

Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.

Maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with the Wellness Director and interdisciplinary care team.

Follow infection control procedures and community policies.

Qualifications

Previous caregiving experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or senior care is preferred but not required.

Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willingness to obtain one.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
