WholeHealth Concierge | Private-Pay | High-Acuity In-Home Care
WholeHealth Concierge is seeking an experienced Certified nursing assistants to join our growing concierge clinical team.
Shift Requirements: PRN
We provide high-touch, medically advanced in-home care to complex private-pay clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and San Bernadino County. Our model focuses on proactive oversight, post-hospital stabilization, oncology support, advanced medication management, and preventing avoidable hospitalizations.
This is not traditional home health. Our CNA's operate under the care of a Registered Nurse, collaborate directly with concierge Nurses and physicians, and bring ICU-level vigilance into the home setting.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years CNA experience
LTAC and/or high-acuity background preferred
Strong clinical judgment with RN oversight and propt decision-making
Professional, discreet, and confident communicator
