Job Description
Crown Point Health Suites is hiring a Night Shift Nurse to direct floor care and medication administration during the overnight shift. You will manage routine treatments, handle resident assessments, and respond to floor needs across the building. This position focuses on stable night routines, accurate documentation, and steady clinical support for night CNAs.
Responsibilities
Administer scheduled medications, routine injections, and prescribed treatments on the night shift.
Perform physical assessments, document changes in condition, and update electronic medical records.
Oversee night CNA shift assignments and assist floor staff with resident transfers and positioning.
Receive shift report from evening staff and deliver clinical handoffs to incoming day shift nurses.
Contact attending physicians or family members regarding acute changes in resident status.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Pay Rate: Starting at $30/hr for LVN and $35/hr for RN, scaling upward with experience
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift (6pm - 6am, rotating schedule)

Qualifications & Requirements
Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
Current CPR / BLS certification
Must pass a standard criminal background check
Must pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
