Job Description
We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our floor team at Crown Point Health Suites. Floor flow depends on dependable hands. We focus on keeping supplies stocked so you can take care of residents without unnecessary delays.
This role handles daily resident care routines in our 108-bed facility. You will work alongside a consistent team of nurses and fellow aides who understand the demands of a full shift.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr (higher rates available based on verified experience).
Schedule: 12-Hr shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and turning schedules.
Answer call lights promptly to ensure resident safety and comfort.
Document vital signs, weights, and daily care metrics accurately.
Maintain clean resident environments and clear hallways.
Communicate changes in resident physical or mental status to the charge nurse.
Qualifications
Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs).
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.

Crown Point Health Suites is a 108-bed skilled nursing facility located at 6640 Iola Ave in Lubbock, Texas. The building layout is designed to minimize transit times between resident rooms and utility areas. We maintain a structured environment centered on routine care delivery and clinical accuracy.
