Helping Hands Nursing Solutions is looking for qualified CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistant) to staff our LTC clients in the surrounding areas of Sioux Falls, SD.   • Job Description :
  • Interacting with residents and families on a daily basis
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
  • Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming

    Job Requirements :

  • Valid CNA license required
  • 1 year prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Plan of Care or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Understands quality of care objectives
  • Understands quality of life objectives
  • Recent PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • CPR/BLS

    Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
