Certified Nursing Assistant – Full-Time Mount Carmel Home | Kearney, Nebraska $3,000 Full-Time Sign-On Bonus 8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts | Double Time on Holidays Mount Carmel Home is a Skilled Nursing Facility in Kearney, Nebraska, serving 75 residents through rehabilitation, memory care, hospice, and long-term care services. Position Summary Certified Nursing Assistants help provide basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff. CNAs play an important role in supporting residents with daily needs while helping maintain their dignity, comfort, and safety. Job Duties Include: Answer resident call lights in a timely manner and assist with resident needs Help residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, walking, transferring, and eating Turn, reposition, and provide physical support to residents as needed Record vital signs as directed by the charge nurse Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, complaints, or symptoms to nursing staff Assist with meals, hydration, mobility, and comfort measures Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Work as part of a team to provide compassionate care to residents Qualifications: Must possess a current Nurse Aide license and be in good standing Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including assisting with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents Must be able to complete required training and maintain required certifications Must be able to pass state background check requirements Must be dependable, compassionate, and willing to work as part of a team Benefits/Perks: $3,000 full-time sign-on bonus Double time on holidays 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts Health, Vision, and Dental Supportive team environment Meaningful work caring for residents in our community Join the Mount Carmel Home team and help us continue providing compassionate, respectful care to the residents who call our facility home.
