Your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, toileting, grooming, and personal care Obtaining vital signs and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team Providing assistance and support as directed by licensed nursing staff Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers Providing exceptional, personalized care and 5-star customer service You'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while becoming an important part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. What We're Looking For Required: Active Nebraska CNA license Current BLS/CPR certification prior to hire Ability to lift, bend, twist, and safely assist with 50+ lbs using proper body mechanics Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred, but not required: 1+ year of CNA experience in a skilled nursing or hospital setting Make a Difference.
