Important Position Information This is a local PRN/per-diem position — NOT a travel contract. You must already be physically located in the state where you are applying to work. We do not provide housing, relocation assistance, or housing stipends. Most assignments are PRN/per-diem Some facilities may offer mileage reimbursement, depending on the assignment and facility policy. Mileage reimbursement is subject to a mileage cap. We do not offer guaranteed hours or traditional travel contracts. Assist residents/patients with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility. Take and document vital signs as required. Respond to patient needs and report changes in condition to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Follow facility policies and care plans.
