Prep, season, cook, plate & garnish meals. Measure/mix ingredients per recipe for cooking from scratch. Follow portion control, presentation, consistency, flavor, proper sanitation procedures. Observe/test food cooked. May substitute/assist other cooks in emergencies/rush periods
