Confers with customers in order to confirm sales of golf services and events. Registers customers with appropriate golf packages as well as announces upcoming events and promotions. Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. May handle and resolve general complaints. Duties include: Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments. Process payment when it applies. Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: 35 hours per week (no less than). Hours of operation are 6am to 7pm (including weekends and holidays). Shift schedule times vary depending on weekly work demand. Shifts are: 5-day workweek shifts: 6am to 1:30pm; 7am to 2:30pm; 10am to 5:30pm; and 11:30am to 7:00pm. 4-day workweek shifts: 9:45am to 7pm; and 6:30am to 3:45pm. Overtime: As Needed Only.
