Dining Room Supervisors will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Managers by ensuring all aspects of food and beverage are carried out and all guests and members’ needs are taken care of in the dining room, preparing schedules and assignments for dining room staff, monitoring and directing staff during service hours, and monitoring and appraising staff during work hours. Dining Room Supervisors may assist with host stands by greeting members and guests, escorting members and guests to tables, scheduling dining reservations, and answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. Dining Room Supervisors may need to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Dining Room Supervisors may supervise up to ten (10) Servers, Bartenders, and Server Assistants.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
