What You'll Do As Director of Nursing, you will: Lead and support all nursing operations within the facility. Foster a culture centered on resident-focused, compassionate care. Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence and quality outcomes. Monitor staffing, clinical performance, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and the Randolph community. Qualifications Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska or a compact state with eligibility to practice in Nebraska. Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
