What You'll Do: Clinical Leadership That Makes a Difference Lead and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care Ensure safe, ethical, person-centered care that honors each resident's unique needs Guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical oversight Support innovative, evidence-based care practices Champion memory care approaches that promote dignity, comfort, and meaningful engagement Create a Community Where Residents Thrive Partner with Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Operations teams Foster opportunities for connection, purpose, and joy Support dining experiences that enhance wellness, independence, and quality of life Help residents engage fully in the activities and relationships that matter most Inspire and Develop Great Teams Lead, coach, mentor, and support nursing staff Build a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and teamwork Promote professional growth and employee engagement Ensure team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed Keep Excellence at the Center Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations Lead survey readiness efforts with confidence Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives Continuously improve safety, outcomes, and resident satisfaction Build Trusted Relationships Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, providers, and community partners Collaborate with operational leadership on staffing, budgeting, and strategic goals Support community growth through exceptional resident and family experiences What We're Looking For: Required Active RN license Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Passion for residents-centered care and team development Preferred Nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living Memory Care experience Proven ability to lead teams, drive quality outcomes, and foster positive culture This leadership position provides 24/7 clinical oversight and participates in an on-call rotation to support residents, team members, and community operations when needed.
