What We’re Looking For ✔ Compassionate and patient with seniors ✔ Dependable and consistently punctual ✔ Positive attitude and team-player mentality ✔ Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene ✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail ✔ Fast learner who accepts coaching and feedback ✔ Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment ✔ Excellent communication and documentation skills ✔ Ability to multitask and stay productive during downtime ✔ Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Experience Memory Care Dementia Care Assisted Living Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) Hospice Care Home Health Care Experience caring for non-ambulatory residents Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Take and document vital signs accurately Monitor and report changes in resident condition Assist with medication assistance as directed Support residents during meals and hydration Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Complete required documentation thoroughly and accurately Participate in activities and engagement with residents Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care plans Requirements Caregiving experience required Memory care and dementia experience strongly preferred Ability to pass background screening requirements Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely Reliable transportation Ability to communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare providers ***Important Note This position requires open availability and schedule flexibility.
