Duties may include: Harvest coffee cherries by hand. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops. Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping & other related Farm Worker, Crop, Nursery, Greenhouse activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work.
The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
