General duties for employees will include working on farms, transporting corn and grain by operating tractors and grain carts, as well as carrying out general maintenance tasks for the farming equipment. Employees will be expected to receive corn from combine harvesters, then transport and load the corn/grain into semi-trucks. Workers will perform manual labor duties including scooping and cleaning up grain at storage facilities. Daily maintenance of farming machinery includes fueling up the equipment, greasing the bearings, and oiling chains. Equipment operated may include pickups and tractors.
