Workers will perform manual labor to plant, cultivate, and harvest eggplants, watermelons, cucumbers, and tomatoes in accordance with supervisor instructions.Daily tasks include:Field Preparation & Planting: Preparing soil, laying plastic mulch, setting up drip irrigation lines, and transplanting delicate vegetable and melon seedlings into open fields.Crop Care: Walking rows to manually weed using hoes or hands, staking and tying tomato plants, pruning vines, and monitoring crops for pests or disease.Harvesting: Hand-harvesting eggplants, cucumbers, tomatoes, and watermelons based on maturity, size, and color. Workers must handle produce carefully to prevent bruising.
