Duties may include feeding, watering, herding, catching and loading, hauling manure and hauling feed. Break ice and clear snow from bunk lines, driveways, and pens. Haul feed, inspect, maintain and repair pens, yards and fences. May maintain records on cattle, examine cattle to detect diseases or injuries, assisting in calving, administer medication, vaccinations or insecticides as appropriate. & other related Farmworkers, Farm, Ranch, and Aquacultural Animals activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work.
The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
