General farm labor including operating farm equipment to plant, cultivate, harvest, till, and fertilize corn and soybean crops and fields. Operate tractors, skid loaders, semi-trucks, trailers, implements, grain carts and mowers. Assist in tiling, rock-picking, weeding, tree-trimming and fencing. Workers will haul crops from fields to storage locations. Maintain and repair equipment and agricultural buildings. Must be able to obtain a drivers license. 3 months of agricultural equipment operating experience is required. Must be able to work in temperature extremes and lift and carry 75 lbs. for 75 yards.
