Offer exceptional service to our guests in our dining restaurants, banquet venues, lobby lounge, and other guest food and beverage venues. Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings. Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas. Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls. Make Dining reservations and maintain electronic data. Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages. Greet and communicate to patrons, provide menus, take orders, enter orders in the POS systems, cash handling and proper sales documenting, maintain stock of foods and drinks, and maintain a professional demeanor and always complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. May be required to take alcoholic drink orders, mix and serve drinks to patrons. Set and clear tables for service, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards. May include some outdoor venue service and pool service such as serving, food running or other roles associated with outdoor F&B operation.
