Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, checking guest in/out of hotel room, assisting guest with any question regarding the hotel and its activities, driving guest around the property with golf cart, assisting in carrying luggage to and from rooms, distributing resort information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 12:00pm to 7:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
