Home Health - Full time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) per visit rate Location: Lubbock, TX, 79414 High Plains Senior Care Home Health Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health LVN to join our team. The Home Health LVN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes, under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
