Duties may include: Under direct supervision, care for established residential or commercial properties by: mowing, mulching, aerating, weeding, watering, raking, blowing leaves, removing thatch, trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls to prep for the Fall and Winter months. Shovel snow from walkways, sidewalks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt or sand in those areas - using snow-shovel, broom, rake, or manual spreader. May use manual equipment such as a push snow-blower, or truck with snow plow attached to it, to remove snow & other related Grounds Keepers/Snow Removal activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org).
