Workers will perform manual labor to clear agricultural fields and prepare land for crop production. Duties include removing rocks, stones, brush, weeds, vines, fallen limbs, and other debris by hand or with hand tools to improve field conditions and maintain growing areas. Workers will gather, load, and transport rocks and cleared materials from fields; assist in preparing land for planting. Workers must be able to perform prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and carrying while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
