Head Sommeliers will be responsible for greeting customers, stocking wine, overseeing wine inventory, taking and placing guest wine orders, proper wine service, polishing glassware, placing beverage orders, and providing necessary training to the service staff regarding wine knowledge and basics such as types of grapes, how the climate and geographic regions affect the taste, pairings with food, wine pouring service. May supervise up to two (2) Sommeliers.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary.
