Duties may include: Under direct supervision (this is a support role); assist with the following: position equipment and other objects for assembly or installation, assemble and install open and closed carports/garages and adjust, connect, or disconnect aluminum, metal or steel framing, and other parts, using hand or power tools. Hold or supply tools, parts, equipment, and supplies for other workers. Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. Clean up work site and dispose of waste and debris & other related Helpers for Installation Workers activities as per SOC/OES 49-9098 (onetonline.org).
