Job Summary Paradise Facility Wellness and Recovery is a Detox and Residential Treatment Center located in Homeland CA . We specialize in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) . Our mission is to help individuals overcome addiction in a warm, home-like environment. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our medical team for PART TIME shifts. Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated LVN with strong clinical skills, reliability, and compassion for individuals in recovery. Experience in detox or residential treatment is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct client care in a detox/residential treatment setting Administer medications and monitor clients for adverse reactions Conduct and document vital signs, withdrawal assessments (CIWA/COWS), and nursing assessments Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support treatment plans Respond promptly to medical or psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed Maintain accurate medical records Educate clients about prescribed medications and health management Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and facility policies Requirements: Active LVN license in California (Required) CPR/First Aid Certification (Required) Negative TB test within the last 30 days Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure Preferred Experience: Previous experience in detox or residential treatment Familiarity with CIWA/COWS protocols Knowledge of 12-step recovery language and concepts Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity for additional shifts if desired Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $35 per hour Medical Specialty: Addiction Medicine / Behavioral Health Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-Time Pay: From $35.00 per hour serious candidates only schedule will be Monday-Thursday 4x10 shifts Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
