Hosts will be responsible for greeting and accompanying members to their table in a polite and professional manner. Hosts will ensure member satisfaction during their dinner experience; inquire on their dining experience and making certain they leave feeling satisfied with our service. Hosts will also be responsible for coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely preparation and pickup of to-go orders. Additionally, this role may also include serving responsibilities such as taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. This role may also include bartending responsibilities such as mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, and ensuring that bar and service areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked. Hosts may also assist with the setup of dining rooms and buffets for meetings and events. Set-up tasks entail setting up buffet warmers by setting out food prepared by the kitchen; turning on soup kettles; turning on plate warmers; setting up coffee machines; arranging tables and chairs; and setting out butter, glassware, dishware, and linens. Set-up tasks will take place in an on-site restaurant, banquet rooms, event areas at members’ homes, and an outdoor dining area by the food truck. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
