Job Title: Home Health -Full-Time- Registered Nurse Location: Lubbock, TX, 79414 Agency: High Plains Senior Care Home Health High Plains Senior Care Home Health Job Summary The Home Health - Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. They will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate nursing care. The Home Health - Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease prevention.
