Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients, particularly those who are elderly or have specific health needs. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients through personalized care and companionship.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Provide medication reminders and help manage prescribed medications.
Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' condition
Experience:
Experience in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and In-Home care is beneficial
Familiarity with caring for individuals with various medical conditions and mobility limitations is a plus
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification completed at an accredited school or community-based organization (CBE)
Safe, reliable automobile
Valid drivers license
Car insurance in your name ( or listed as a covered person)
Clear Background: Criminal, OIG, SAMS, DHHS
Minimum of 1 year caregiver experience in long-term care, memory care and home care. (Active CNA license preferred but not required)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
