We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide or Certified Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensure the safety and well-being of clients, and provide emotional support. You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal Care
Assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Mobility Assistance
Help clients with mobility, including transfers from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
Assist with walking and exercise routines
Meal Preparation
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Adhere to dietary restrictions and preferences
Light Housekeeping
Perform light cleaning, laundry, and maintain a safe, tidy living environment
Companionship
Provide emotional support and meaningful engagement
Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
Health Monitoring
Monitor and record vital signs
Observe changes in physical or mental health
Report concerns promptly to healthcare providers
Documentation
Maintain accurate daily logs and care records
Document medication administration and any incidents or changes in condition
Communication & Safety
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team
Implement safety measures, identify hazards, and respond to emergencies
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Certification as a Home Caregiver (CNA, HCA, Home Health Aide, or similar)
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Preferred:
Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or related field
CPR and First Aid certification
Food Workers Card
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
