Infection Preventionist / Staff Development in Auburn, WA

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infection Preventionist to join our team. The Infection Preventionist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize infection prevention and control. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Duties -Make sure staff are following infection prevention policies and procedures. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of potential risk - Train and educate employees on infection prevention techniques and best practices - Develop and maintain relationships with external partners - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in infection prevention procedures and state regulations.
