Setting up and breaking down party supplies consists of moving and arranging portable banquet tables, chairs, chafing dishes, serving utensils, and cutting boards according to event plan and moving these items back to their original location or storage after the event. There are no tools or equipment that will be used while performing these tasks other than the items already mentioned.

Kitchen Stewards will be responsible for cleaning (by machine or hand), organizing and storage of all silver, glass, pots and equipment, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, and sorting and removing trash. Responsible for the set up and break down of all party supplies, including props, portable party displays for displaying food, various platters, plates and utensils, chafing dishes, ice platters, cutting boards and heat lamps. Kitchen Stewards will need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 1:00pm – 8:00pm, or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
