Workers will perform a variety of landscaping tasks using hand or power tools or equipment. Duties may include any combination of the following: mowing, planting, transplanting, digging, edging, mulching, weeding, brush clearing, pruning, and trimming. Load/unload plant materials and equipment. Prepare trees and shrubs for digging by tying or wrapping root balls as necessary; secure with twine or staples, Performs any other duties involved in the maintenance of plant materials and nursery stock and maintenance of holding yards and shipping areas. For any nursery-related duties, the workers will use a majority of plant materials and nursery stock not grown by the employer.
