Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Sunday-Thursday schedule
Minimum Requirements to Apply
At least 2 years of caregiving experience
Active HCA or CNA/NAC certification

Position Overview
The Lead Care Pro will:
Perform all duties outlined in the standard caregiver role
Take on additional responsibilities to support team operations
These added responsibilities may include:
Caregiver engagement activities
Training and mentorship
Handling caregiver and client inquiries
Supporting overall client care
Primary Responsibilities
Cover open shifts and call-offs during scheduled work hours
Support caregiver engagement and training:
Mentor new caregivers
Assist with skill development
Provide feedback and support
Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper onboarding
Communicate with the office and care team regarding:
Changes in client condition
Feedback on caregivers
Requirements
Current resume (required to be considered)
Active CNA or HCA license
Prior caregiving experience
Leadership or Training Experience - Preferred
Valid Washington State driver’s license
Auto insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $25–$27/hour (depending on experience)
Guaranteed 40-hour work week
