You will assist in medication administration, perform assessments, implement care plans, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents on a daily basis. Benefits Offered by Ascendo Healthcare Staffing: Lucrative Compensation Packages Generous Benefit Package (Medical, Dental & Vision) Generous Referral Bonus Plan Advancement in Career Path Compensation For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $39/hr - $44/hr Weekly Pay- Direct Deposit Every Friday while on Assignment Schedule: 6:00pm-6:30am Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN: Active South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Multi-State LPN 1-2+ Year Experience in Long Term Care Setting MUST be COVID Vaccinated or Provide Medical/Religious Exemption Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and proper techniques. Performing routine assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, while promoting resident independence and dignity. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
