Requirements
*
Active and unrestricted Nebraska LPN license
*
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
*
Current BLS certification required
*
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements

Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance
Responsibilities
*
Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
*
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
*
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
*
Assist with care planning and documentation
*
Support and collaborate with CNA staff
*
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
*
Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
*
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
