Job Details Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Location: Miller, SD Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: August 17, 2026 Schedule: Night Shift Shift Length: 12 Hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week Care Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Holiday Requirement: Rotating Holidays Call Requirement: None Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or provider Perform patient assessments and document care accurately Assist with wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and families regarding care plans and medications Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety while maintaining compliance with facility policies Minimum Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License Current BLS Certification Minimum 1 year of LPN experience Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care preferred Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Long-Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Geriatric Nursing Rehabilitation Nursing Medication Administration Wound Care Patient Assessment Electronic Health Records Resident Care Planning Post-Acute Care Technology PointClickCare (PCC) Why Apply?
