Pay Package
$12/hour Taxable
$31/hour Non-Taxed Stipend
Estimated Blended Rate: $43/hour
Overtime: $52/hour
$2136/wk gross
Assignment Details
Location: Selby, SD
Start Date: August 24
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4 x 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
Requirements
Active South Dakota LPN License
BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
Previous Charge Nurse experience required
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
Strong leadership, medication administration, and resident assessment skills
Experience supervising CNAs and coordinating resident care
Responsibilities
Serve as Charge Nurse overseeing resident care and unit operations.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Complete patient assessments and accurate EMR documentation.
Supervise and support nursing assistants.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care.
Respond effectively to changes in resident conditions and emergencies.
