HealthPro Innovation Workforce Solutions is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a 6-month assignment in Lubbock, Texas.
Weeks 1–5 are training, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. This is daytime, full-week training and attendance is required.
After training, the shift is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. This is a 6 Month Assignment
You will work every other weekend. This is a requirement of the assignment, not a preference.
32 hours per week guaranteed, with additional hours available based on facility needs.
The RoleThe LVN performs complex vocational nursing under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager, within the scope of practice defined by the Texas Nursing Practice Act. Duties include:
Direct patient care, medication administration, and treatments
Patient medication education and required documentation
Computer data entry (full training provided)
Advanced skills including gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care
Qualifications
Active LVN license from the Texas Board of Nursing, or a valid multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact state
Minimum 1 year as a direct care nurse; 2+ years preferred
Demonstrated competency in the advanced skills listed above

Screening: This position requires a background check, drug screening, fingerprint-based criminal history check, facility registry clearances, and COVID-19 testing, completed after a conditional offer.
