cTrace Solutions is looking for an experienced LVN for our client in Lubbock, Texas!
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Multiple Shifts Available
Overview:
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) centers. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Available Shifts:
7 lvns:
(2) 6am-2pm
(4) 2pm-10pm
(1) for doubles on the weekend
Required Documents:
Valid photo ID
TB documentation
LVN nursing license
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 test with a negative result
Urine drug screen and background check
FBI fingerprint background check
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)
Proficiency in advanced nursing skills, including gastrostomy tube/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment to patients
Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Perform clinical tasks such as collecting lab work and conducting health screenings
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
Support infection control efforts and quality assurance programs
Participate in training and mentoring new LVNs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and outcomes
