  • Proven experience working with diverse populations including seniors, pediatric patients, or individuals with disabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in various healthcare settings such as hospitals (including ICU or Level I Trauma Centers), skilled nursing facilities, hospice programs, or home & community care.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and data management.
  • Familiarity with advanced nursing procedures including IV infusion therapy, catheterization, sterile technique, and airway management.
  • Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for procedures, and long-term care regulations to ensure compliance and proper billing practices.
  • Experience providing specialized dementia or Alzheimer’s care along with managing acute pain cases in a variety of clinical environments such as emergency rooms or surgical units.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams providing patient-centered care across medical-surgical units or outpatient clinics.
