“Food Prepping and handling, practice sanitation for kitchen and deliver prepared dishes to clients. Preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items required, and special function purposes as assigned. Will reheat and plate dishes prepared by the Chef to go out to clients. Properly assembles all tools and utensils needed to accomplish job duties, uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures including those relating to personal hygiene. Maintains and cleans workstation and equipment. Disposes of trash and food preparation waste at the end of shift”.

Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items required and special function purposes as assigned. Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items. Properly assembles all tools and utensils needed to accomplish job duties, uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures including those relating to personal hygiene. Maintains and cleans workstation and equipment. Disposes of trash and food preparation waste at the end of shift.
