LPN Unit Manager (Long-Term Care) Job Title: LPN Unit Manager (Long-Term Care) Location: Lincoln, NE Department: Nursing Reports to: DON Position Type: Full-Time, Salary, Rotation On-Call Shifts: M-F 8-4:30pm, Join Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster in Lincoln, Nebraska As a LPN Long-Term Care Unit Manager with Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic long-term care environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and individualized care to each resident, and we are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional like you to help us achieve this goal. About the Role: As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care unit, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
